So, after all the hinting and the teasing, I’m thrilled to announce our new service…  Fusion Video!  We love that we are able to offer this to you, and we think you will love it as well!  As far as we know, we are the first wedding studio in Montana to be offering this, and we are excited to be leading the way.

I’m sure most of you have a few questions…  To get a visual of just what we are talking about, we’ve put together a trailer that shows the concept.  We will have a full video that will be debuting at the upcoming Helena Wedding Showcase (See, you need to come!)  So, check out the trailer…  Details after.

Ok, so now you want to know how this is all done?  Well, our cameras are capable of capturing full High Definition video clips.  We capture those clips throughout the day, and then take those, along with the best pictures from the day, and produce a Fusion video for you!  So, for the 2010 wedding season Janna Beecher will be joining me as the 2nd photographer, which allows us the flexibility needed to do the video aspect, as well as giving you that many more stellar images.

I hope this gives you an idea of the concept.  We have a full length video from a more recent wedding that will really showcase what we can do with this format.  Like I mentioned above, that will be debuting at the Helena Wedding Showcase, October 18th, at the Helena Red Lion Colonial Hotel.

I want to give a shout out to Tony Martin from Focal Point Graphic Design.  We’ve partnered with him to develop this concept, and the results have been great.  I don’t have the time available to really learn the ins and outs of video production, so Tony came alongside us and is going to handle the production aspects, and you may even see him at a wedding or two in 2010…  His work on this is has been an integral part of making this a reality, and we couldn’t do it without him!

So, I had the chance a couple weeks ago to do some senior photos for Grady.  We got to go all over downtown Helena, and then out to the Green Meadow Country Club, where he works.  Golf course + Sunset + Super Cool Senior + Free Golf Carts = Awesome.

So, needless to say, Grady will be a Senior this year at Capitol High School.  Hope your year goes awesome man!

Got the chance a bit ago to do Chelsey’s senior pics for her…  We had a great time cruising around downtown and then off to a little more outdoorsy backdrop.  The evening was perfect, and I think we got some great pictures to show for it!

Hello Seniors!

Its that time of year again…  The school year is almost over, summer is just around the corner, and in just a couple of weeks you will officially be Seniors!

That means it is time to think about having you Senior portraits done while the weather is nice, besides - the sooner you get it done, the better deal you can get!

I just moved back to Helena, and I super excited to meet you all this summer and work with you.  I am still in the process of working on a studio, so for now all Senior sessions will be on location, which I prefer anyhow!

As a special offer to kick the summer off, I am starting sessions at only $175 for a one hour session - this will include 16 wallets, 2 5×7’s, and up to 2 outfits for the session.  You can save even more if you get in on the deal from the postcard.  And, as bonus, I will also include one web resolution digital file for use on your MySpace or Facebook page!

Got a chance to do a Senior Session with Chelsey last weekend, and we had a ton of fun!  It quit raining just long enough for us to explore downtown a little, and some up some great images.

I had a hard time narrowing it down to even the few that I chose to post here…  But, these show a lot of the different looks and poses we got to do.
