So, just a super quick post with a couple pictures from the 2 engagement sessions we did over the weekend.  Had a great time with both of them, and can’t wait for the weddings!

For those of you that don’t know, WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International) is the largest photo trade show in the photo industry.  It ahppens every year in March, and it’s always in Vegas.  And every year, I forget about it until it is right here… 

I’d love to go to WPPI for several reasons, probably the biggest of which is all the stuff you can learn!  There are classes put on by industry leading pros on just about every topic immaginable.  I don’t think there is any other time or place where there is as much knowledge available at one time.  That alone would make it worth it!

Also, the trade show at WPPI is where all the vendors put all the products on display…  Which is awesome, because it would help us select some of the best (and the coolest) products to offer to you, our clients! 

Finally, I think it would just be awesome to meet some of the people in persone whom I’ve met online through various photo websites I particapte in.  It is always good to meet new people, and rub shoulders with some of the best of the best out there! 

I know I’ll make it there sometime soon.  I think it could really be inspiring to get a glimpse of all the different things that are out there and going on outside our beautiful state of MT.  :)

Thanks to everyone who took the time to check out the pictures and vote for their favorites! It looks like Kendall and Ryan’s picture (#21) managed to get the most votes, so they win their choice of a free 1 hr photoshoot ($150 value) or $100 in free prints. Congrats guys, and thanks again everyone for participating!

So, my friend Josh Lockie from Lockie Photography came up to Helena a couple weekends ago just to hang out, and we decided to try and just do a fun model session for kicks and giggles…  Posted an update on Facebook that we were looking for someone on short notice, and Sarah stepped up to the plate.  And did a great job as well!

I’ve just got a few images I wanted to share from this, and I think Josh may have some soon as well.  Hope you enjoy them, and thanks again Sara!
