We are looking for one special bride and groom to offer an amazing wedding photography package for an even more amazing price!

It’s true, we could use your help.  Here’s the rundown:

We are looking for a couple who is getting married sometime soon; April or May would be great, but perhaps even early June would work.  Ideally they still need a photographer, and are willing to let us come in and photograph their wedding.  They will get killer images, a breathtaking album, and all the usual other stuff.  And they will get it a price that works out to about half of what we charge for all this normally.  The catch?  We have a few stipulations on how we shoot the wedding, and the way things will be delivered.  Nothing crazy, by any means, but just a few things we need the freedom to do.

So…  What do we need from you?  Well, if you know of, or happen to be, a bride or groom who fits the above description, then have them contact us!  We are really only looking for one couple, so don’t hesitate…  Details will be discussed with you if we have the date available and we feel like you might be a good fit.  Please pass the word around!  We’d love the chance to work on some new ideas, and at the same time give a lucky couple their dream wedding photographs for a killer deal.  What’s not to like about that?  A $4500 wedding package for about half the price…

Again, this is a one time offer, for a single bride and groom, so if you know of someone, get them to email us ASAP.  Thanks so much!

A Las Vegas wedding complete with Elvis, the fountains at the Bellagio, and more!

In November I had the chance to fly down to Las Vegas and photograph a wedding there.  The perfect time of year to be in Las Vegas – it was not too hot there, and it is was freezing cold back in Montana!

This wedding included a whole bunch of firsts for me: First time shooting a wedding like this on such short notice (booked Thursday, left Friday, shot Saturday), first time getting to hang out in a top floor VIP suite at the Bellagio, first wedding with an Elvis impersonator, and first time getting to go to a nightclub at the end of the night where Usher was throwing an after-party.  Yeah, a lot of firsts…  No pics to prove the Usher story – they wouldn’t let us in with our cameras.  :)

This was one of those weddings that makes me remember why I love being a photographer.  Probably one of the most challenging weddings I have ever done (not in a bad way) – some of the more challenging lighting I’ve worked with in a while.  I had a different second shooter along for this wedding, as Janna was 8.999 months pregnant at the time.  Jeremiah Spray came with me, and truthfully, I don’t think I could have done this wedding without him.  He rocked it!  Probably half the pictures in this post are his.

So, thanks to Tina and Dirk for allowing us to come be a part of your amazing day!

Enjoy the images, and feel free to tell Jeremiah how awesome he is in the comment section.  :)

Jeannine and Ted’s beautiful backyard wedding from July, here in Helena, Montana.

Finally getting some time to not only post some more images, but make the blog look a bit more spiffy, too!  What do you think?

As you may remember from the smaller post we did a while back, Jeannine and Ted had a beautiful wedding at his parents’ property here in Helena, Montana.  It was a perfect summer evening in July when these two got to tie the knot, and I think a perfect wedding, too.

So many fun images – it was hard to narrow down to just a few…  Here are a few of my favorites from the day.  Hope you enjoy!

Oh, and let us know what you think of the new blog layout!  Still tweaking a few things, but we are getting there.

I know it has been forever since I’ve had a chance to blog, so rather than write two more paragraphs to keep you waiting, I’m going to let you skip right to the pictures this time.  Suffice it to say that Leslie and Ben were ideal subjects all day – fun, relaxed, and up for whatever.  I think it shows in their images.

I wish you two all the best, and I just have to say…  I’m jealous that you guys are still in Hawaii, and I’m here where it is 10 below zero.  But I’ll get over it… :)

P.S. – yes, there a bunch of other weddings from earlier this summer to be blogged…  and I will be blogging them, probably in no particular order.  :)
